IME/Peer Review

1st Review provides a customized service for complex cases requiring the attention of practicing Board Certified Specialists. Case referral criteria may include the following:

Treatment by multiple specialists
Co-morbid conditions
Causal relationship issues
Extensive medical record reviews
Psychiatric overlay
Inability to determine current functionality or restrictions
Future medical treatment projections

All files are reviewed by clinical professionals prior to medical review or examination.

Following document receipt, 1st Review will organize records and summarize the relevant issues to the specialist. In addition, when an Independent Medical Examination is requested, 1st Review will coordinate appointments, supply directions, issue correspondence to all parties, and confirm attendance at appointments.

All reviewing physicians are available for forensic services.
